7 x 2-hour weekly antenatal classes covering all the topics needed for new parents to prepare for childbirth. Hosted at the Wellness out West studio, it’s perfect for expecting parents to form new connections to other parents in the Kumeu, Huapai, Riverhead, Waimauku and surrounding areas.
